Breakout Session 15 : Hearing All Voices: Diversity and Inclusion in Philanthropy

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

As Canada’s diversity grows, and as community partners and donors themselves become increasingly diverse in background, perspective and approach, the question of how to address and include diversity in and by philanthropy  becomes more urgent.  How can foundations bring more diverse perspectives to their board tables and decision-making? Join us to hear the results of new research on foundation diversity and inclusion practices and to hear from those who are trying to grapple with difference, inequality and inclusion in their governance structure.
