Breakout Session 12 - Philanthropy’s Leadership Transition: Intergenerational Dialogue Circles

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Succession planning needs to be in the DNA of any well managed foundation. On one hand, succession planning can be viewed as a means for ensuring stability and a steady grip on the tested course; on the other, succession planning is an opportunity to listen to new priorities and forge new paths. What priorities and paths are emerging as more young people step into leadership within philanthropy? Participants will have the opportunity to hear deep dives into topics with youth leaders, and to respond to the key priorities and challenges that emerge by participating in facilitated, intergenerational dialogues.
